  • Not working for me, is it working for others? Any tips I tried VPN, incognito etc.

I get this - "We're working on fixing this, please try again now or come back later"

    • Same thing happening to me.

I did sign up for the same promotion 6 months ago but never got a card, could that be a reason?

    • I managed to fix this by changing my email address and removing the home phone on my account - error went away after I did that when I tried to register again - see if it works for you!

Qantas support could not help - I've had an SR with them for 2 weeks lol

  • Just activated my Amex card today, but not sure if I’m eligible for the extra 20k points as I didn’t apply through qantas website, rather I applied through Amex instead. Anyone know if they track the website which users apply for?

  • is worth churning credit card for Qantas points?
I heard it's quite difficult to get Qantas reward seats compare to others like Velocity, is that true?
Also, Qantas releases reward seats to higher tier status first , so basic tier members get the scraps make it even harder to get reward seats..?

    Anyone received theirs yet?

Surely we don't have to wait til May

    • Just got my 120k added to my Qantas account, also waiting for the extra 20k.

  • Has anyone else received their 20k points? I got my 120k from Amex but no notification of the 20k FF from Qantas.

  • nothing yet in my account either
