  I never believe these Shopback/Cashback big offers. Twice I've had them accepted when buying something but then reneged when it was time to pay. It was the reason I left Shopback for Cashback, but they do the same thing.

    I've fortunately not had any issues with Shopback claims, with a little over $400 claimed. Though I haven't dealt with their customer service at all yet.

      The last excuse I had from Cashback, which wiped out a $10 claim, sounded like total nonsense and there is no recourse.
