    Great game and extremely worth it if you want a souls like that is not dark fantasy.

    11hours later and still no confirmation email from them after making a new account so cannot retrieve the game key.
    Yet received the support ticket email instantly.
    Cant wait to never get what I paid for.

      Best of luck with your query. I've always received genuine Steam keys from Fanatical so I'm sure you'll eventually receive your key.

      They aren't a key marketplace like G2A, so your money will be going back to the publisher / devs in some form.

    I was on the fence about getting back into the game on PC and missed out. Luckily it's still for sale on GMG for about a buck and a half more.
