      • No worries, received mine yesterday. Didn't receive the tracking # e-mail. Moot at this point.

  • Finally made the jump and picked this up with 3 x 3TB WDZRX drives and a 120GB Sandisk SSD. Forgot to order a GPU though!

  • Meh! I missed this sale. Bring it back for 2 more sales from me!

  • It arrived in about 4 days! Very happy with it so far. It also came with a 250G hard drive even though this is suppose to be diskless. Would buy from here again (:

    • I also got one with 250G as well. Maybe more effort (labour cost) to remove already installed 250G than to just send it with the box. Call it a 'bonus' feature if you want ;)

  • Damnit, I acquired a 120GB Sandisk a few months back and now I need another, would love a 240GB but I missed the boat! Any plans for a new sale guys?

I'm a little disappointed that others got the 250GB drive as a bonus, while I was penalised by ordering it with an extra 3TB Red, and the 250Gb drive was removed…

    • you weren't forced to purchase what you did.

      • nice troll. I paid extra, but got less.

        • +1

You ordered and payed for the diskless version - and it was a bargain.
Some lucky others also received a bonus 250GB disk, good for them.
You weren't penalized. Stop your pathetic whining.

        • I received confirmation that I was to receive the 250GB version, but when it arrived the box had been opened, the 250gb removed and the 3tb installed in it's place.

No worries though, I'm happy with the solution offered by shopping express.

Not sure why you bothered sticking your nose in.

Not sure why you bothered sticking your nose in.

Because you bothered to come here and accuse SE place of penalizing you.

  • Mine got delivered last Friday (couldn't use it until Monday) nice little box, mine came with a 250gb hdd as well, picked up 8gb of ram and a HD6450, so far i'm really happy with it, just setting up a storage space with Windows 8 is taking it's time.

  • Also setting up storage spaces here using Server 2012 essentials. Seems more responsive than my other N40L running WHS2011.

  • Hey all.
I finally got some time to play with this beauty, and realised that I actually got a 250gb hdd… score!!
Can anyone advise if they have successfully installed 2 x 8GB (from what i have read non ecc is fine & cheaper) and the type/brand of memory?

    I want to install Esxi + freenas…..

I tried to install esxi as per this (http://vmwire.com/2012/03/18/creating-a-better-vsphere-5-esx…), however the minimum memory it requires to install is 1.97GB, and the server at that point (probably due to graphics card) only detects 1.87GB.. cant have it all my way..

    Thanks!
