Looking for a cheap SIM deal, and the $120 Kogan for 12 month deal seems fine, but think they sometimes do these as 1+1 or other decent offers.
Are there any upcoming dates where this might be the case maybe?

I wouldn't hold out much hope; low-cost mobile plans have gone the way of affordable energy.

Go back to February 2023, 2022, etc and see how many deals they historically have around this time of year.
