Many moons back (~2015/2016), I remember rocking up with a stack of low value 7-11 GCs and there is a limit something like five cards. The sixth card had to be manually applied due to a computer system.
Of course, going back that long my memory is a little sketchy and maybe computer systems have been changed.

Once you purchase this, it explains how you load it into your phones wallet.
Once you place the order you put in your details, then it shows you the card details which can then be added like any other debit/credit card into the wallet and use with Apple Pay/google pay etc

It's annoying having these single or few use cards in the exact same row as my major debit and credit cards. Google wallet has no hierarchy.

I highly doubt it.
The gift card in this deal seemingly only permits two MCCs (Merchant Category Codes):
- MCC 5541: Service Stations (with or without Ancillary Services)
- MCC 5499: Miscellaneous Food Stores - Convenience Stores, Markets, Specialty Stores
If you use an automated fuel dispenser (aka pay-at-the-pump machine, which is what is used at Costco’s fuel pumps), that is supposed to use MCC 5542. Clause 9 of the Activ Visa gift card terms and conditions (which covers the 7-Eleven Visa gift cards in this deal) specifically calls out MCC 5542 as a blacklisted MCC.
FYI, I used the 7-11 prepaid visa card at marsden park Costco fuel today and it works without issue.
I just chose a prepaid amount and then tapped with iPhone. working smoothly.Did the same, at Costco Moorabbin Fuel Station without any issues
