  Are these stainless steel on the inside? and it looks like the foldable spoon comes with the 470 mL model but not the 710 mL?

    Stainless steel inside and out. Spoon included with the smaller one also.

    Do note it's usually around $20 to $25 price (at most $30) and pretty much never at the ridiculous RRP of $44.99.

  I use the stainless steel one and it's great!

  Got it last year to cook rice overnight occasionally and have found it surprisingly handy for keeping food cool in summer!

  I also run it through the dishwasher and it has held up fine too!

      Yep, usually ends up in the 60C intensive cycle, and the rubber gasket bits fit nicely on the tines of my dishwasher!

  how long does the food actually stay warm for? If i chucked in some hot soup in the morning would it still be hot at lunch time or lukewarm?

    I preheat it with hot water before filling it with food at 6:30am and 6 hours later the food is still hot.
