Press 'return this item', and then select 'doesn't match description or photos'. Seller will have to respond to that within 3 days I think, otherwise will go to ebay to look into

Gooloogooloo?
Ordered my Gooloo on Monday, and arrived via Australia Post this morning. Very quick turn around and got a bonus USB charger adaptor! On charge now, so no complaints thus far.
Just want to say that seller has rectified the error so im all good.
Also on a different note, ive already jump started 4 car already for people on side road.
Was charged at 75% and im still at 71%
i bought 2 of the 2000 series 3 years ago. the one that I use more often and also as a battery bank is still going strong. but the backup one I only took out once a year to recharge has just died.
opened up and determined one of the 4 cells is done.
Customer service is terrible. Still waiting on them to reply to my ebay message for wrong product sent. Also sent to Global and Aussie CS emails and no reply.
