        And Sony Australia are just as bad. I ordered a $2700 tv online. The first one delivered had a number of punctures in the box. It took two months to be sent. The punctures were from a metal rod that was pushed through the box and through the screen. It took Sony four weeks to collect. The replacement only arrived a month later and at this point I had been without tv for four months. I used my laptop in the interim. All the time their customer service had no clue what was going on. These companies treat us consumers with no respect.

        • Yep, Sony are notoriously bad. I have read endless complaints of damaged TV's on arrival. Strangely, I can't find an account for them on ProductReview. I wonder if they closed it.

    You can get a 10% discount code from Samsung chat by simply providing them with the serial number of a Samsung TV.

        Tell them you’re thinking about purchasing another Samsung product and you’re after a loyalty discount. I’ve done it several times now without any problems.

        • I've tried 4 times all with different agents and they're all refusing to help. Maybe you have a different account status or purchase behaviour but they're completely useless to me

            • @[Deactivated]: Yes. And also expressed interest in an S24 Ultra. I've said I missed out on GALAXYAI and the CME code and they won't offer anything. I saw on other threads they're doing the same to others. I can only assume you have a different account status or maybe you're not using the education portal?

              They say if they can offer something, they would but they won't offer a thing.

                @arcticmonkey: Nah, this is directly on the Samsung website. I wonder if that makes a difference. Try get the code there and apply it on the Edu portal?

                  @[Deactivated]: Yes I think it does as they can offer a 15% code off memory for the main site which is still dearer than the education portal

  • Is this stackable with other vouchers like the $100 loyalty, and 5% app discount?

  • Tried using it but then ran into an error, "Welcome, please validate your Samsung account to access the CommBank Yello Store - Please enter your company's verification code to verify your Samsung Account".

    No verification code that I'm aware of..
