To be eligible for the $45 Refer & Earn Bonus and $15 Sign-up bonus, new members must join TopCashback.com.au via a valid referral link, as a new member between 00:01 AEDT 17/02/2024 and 23:59 AEDT 18/02/2024.
This clause applies to both the new member sign-up bonus and referrer bonus.
Referrer gets $30 and referee gets $10 after $10 of earned cashback.
One way to earn $10 cashback is through the cashback guarantee (I assume it should work) and a pizza deal.
My Amazon payout from 24 November 2023 is still pending.
My amazon payout from 29th sept is still pending. It was a special deal from topcashback with 100% cashback on Toilet papers
I used that same deal, mine was approved a while back. Might be worth chasing them up, though not sure what their official timeline is for payout with Amazon.
Same deal for me, but different date. It is showing pending. Payouts from regular Amazon purchases from December have already come through. The TopCashBack website says it can take 1 to 3 months, so I will wait a few more days before contacting them.
My Bonds deal is the same, completely untracked from this month

Don’t refer to your family members, if you are using same PC to shop, they will refuse your cashback saying you have multiple accounts. And they won’t tell you in the first place, only when you want to withdraw money. Won’t use them anymore.
If your family members reply to their ticket with an invoice of purchase that made thru TCB and having their name on it, they will remove the restriction.
Thanks for the tips. They sent a threatening email to close all accounts, if I don’t provide those personal information. I don’t think I need to give them. As long as I buy via their links and fulfill all requirements, they should pay me. I also shop with Cashrewards and ShopBack in the same situation, no problem to cashout. Anyway very hard to deal with them. Personally won’t use it anymore. Waste time

@Bargain Fighter that's right! We have these security measures in place to ensure that users don't have multiple accounts so that we are able to offer the best deals for all. We just need proof of different owners of each account so that we're able to operate in the fairest way possible.
Have used a couple of times and not tracked and finally not approved so unless you want to spend all ur time tracking and filling up leave them alone

I've used them a couple of times and had no problems with tracking. However they don't have many worthwhile deals compared to the competition.
They have highest cashback guarantee, so you can always shop through them then put through a claim. Makes it easier to do all your shopping through one place

i did a pepsi challenge of payout on monday during business hours from all 3 into the same australian bank account which all 3 have paid out to before. CR & SB both arrived on Thursday morning so 3 business days. TCB is yet to arrive.
