  Might be a deal for Air NZ but the "works" price to Auckland is the same as I paid on Emirates for a flight last week with a bigger baggage allowance and better food.

  Suppose it's a deal if you don't have any luggage.

    Emirates are an excellent airline, I've flown to Auckland with them before on the A380 and the service/food/flight was all 1st class! Problem I find is Emirates pricing isn't always that good, I fly to Auckland frequently and most of the time it's cheaper to book with Air NZ. Note the checked luggage difference is only 7KG.. (23KG with AirNZ vs 30KG with Emirates)
