How old are the Boost sims? Don't they need to be activated within 28 days of purchase to get the cashback?
You have been swindled by CR and/or Boost. Activation was and is never required. Accumulate a stack and use one by one slowly. I am still using old $30/$40 SPs.
However, situation may be different at amaysim.

@chintu123: The cashbacks on the old SPs (replaced by $35/$45 SPs from July 2023) were all approved. I still receive bonus data upon activation on them like the new ones.
But you have to port out of Boost and back to use each SP?

Wait 12 months IIRC.
You should get a "Your credit is about to expire" email, and a "Your amaysim service is about to be cancelled" - with the second one, you've got 9 days to recharge $10. Might have changed recently.
