    Beware when buying Bendix brakes that are listed on the SCA website as 'Special Orders'. I bought some Bendix brakes during the Boxing Day 2023 sales and are still waiting for them to arrive (repetitive emails to SCA have so far achieved nothing).

    They've got a fella I used to know working there. Before him they had a chap called jack. Must have given him the arse, because now my mate Jackie Jackie is working there.
    I had a quick look and saw some jaw dropping prices….. not of the exciting kind!
    I'll give that boggar a hiding when I see him next.

    Is anyone able to actually checkout? Seems to just refresh and go anywhere.

    On Firefox, MS Edge, normal and private mode, no addins. Mobile phone, same issue, off WiFi, on 4G.

      I get to checkout, goes through PayPal or afterpay to complete purchase then fails when it redirects back to website for confirmation

    I was going crazy trying to get through the checkout and having it continually refresh.

    I got through in the end. this is how I got there, Google Chrome on a Windows PC (no idea if this will work on other setups)

    1. Login to account (to get club member pricing)
    2. Add item to cart
    3. DO NOT ADD the SAVE20 promo code
    4. Click checkout - in the right hand panel where your order is, click "Edit"
    5. Then add the SAVE20 promo code
    6. CLick checkout

    This got me through to the purchase screen where I could complete payment.

    Top 5 frustrating online purchases in my lifetime (especially due to the time limit on the sale and no Supercheap customer support available).

      Just compare around the place - Repco, Autobarn, eBay, etc. I've pretty much stopped buying from SCA because they are always the most expensive, unless it's stuff that is actually on sale.

      No there is no way, and they don't raise prices short term just for sales. I like to buy from my local shop but sometimes the special order filters there are way too expensive, check ebay for cabin air filters or air filters.
