  Aside from IR, what's the difference between using this and Google home/assistant to do everything?

    I use HA but need 'hubs' to interact with some of my home hardware - An IR blaster for my IR gear and a BT hub for some of my sensors.
    I think this thing just integrates those into one box.

  I came here because the reviews were all really good. Unfortunately I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The guy was extremely rude when I asked him why there were dust particles in the screen protector on my iPad. He then said things like we have no place for people like you in this shop and when I asked him to give me the details of his manager, he said “you can go and call and do whatever you like I don’t care”
