It's pretty much the Victorian version of Jamberoo
anyone been here, and Gumbuya World, and compared?
Gumbuya is better if you want wildlife, keen to ride rollercoasters, have younger children or don't want to get wet.
Funfields is better for older children and has a larger range of slides and pools. They are also happy for people to bring in non-commercial food, unlike Gumbuya who ban pretty much all outside food.
There are other factors though including price and location to consider. I've been to both so can answer more questions.
last time i went to Gumbuya, the people at the front were letting everyone in with outside food. Saw a family bring in a couple of buckets of KFC

Yeah we brought our own food too, so more likely a law requirement or something.
A great deal, been a slow Summer for them with limited hot days :(
