    Been flybuys member for years and years. I'm always there and spend weekly and habitual. Any idea what I have done with regards to how I have never gotten a targeted email for random offers other than the usual spend X over X and get X. No freebies ever. And now special like the one above. I am certain I've gone through profile and ticked everything for offers etc. Like I feel I need to start a new account from scratch or something. I just find it weird.

      Ditto. I've been watching posts for these targeted promos for a while and I don't understand why my account has received zero. My partner also recently suggested signing up anew as a potential solution.

      You need to do the opposite or at least not scan your card. Why should they give you anything to attract you? You are already there.
