I have few of these, twice had issues with the battery expanding mainly due with heat so I had to take it back, never drop it or anything but the case would expand. Both times went back got 1 exchange and other one refunded but the one I have now is 9 month old to a year now and held up fine now.

  I had a problem with the 27000mAh model not charging one of my Chromebooks.
  
  Pretty sure it did not have one of the voltages needed for that model (did do other model Chromebook though).
  
  Ended up returning to The Good Guys for a full refund which they kindly did.

    Yeah it was the Cygnett 19,200 mAh 118W USB-C Laptop Power bank, I took it back one of them to Good Guys but still have 1.
