    Definitely. However this is temporarily free which can be a way to spread awareness of an app and produce more sales by word of mouth. Always look at the privacy and reviews of apps (I haven't for this one).

  Apple already includes it's own cycle tracking app on the phone and the watch, so depending on your needs, downloading this app may be a waste of time. There are also privacy concerns.
