      damn 3000 rolls now that's a bargain

    • +5

      Wrong

Though I shan't be attributing to malice that which can be explained by incompetence

      • +2

        Thanks Hanlon

    • Stop being an arse wipe !

      • +1

        ass wip

  • +1

Only fancy people need apply :D

  • +2

    Is everyday price a sale?

  • +6

    4ply

I true ozbargainer will use it 8 time.

    • +1

How would you do half-ply šŸ˜…

      • +2

Use each ply front and back.

  • This or the 3 ply 48 roll for $24 S&S

    • probably 48 pack better considering it is still cheaper

    • 3 ply 48 oos

    • I just bought the 45pack (3 ply) for $22.50 S&S. Figure it's worth a few extra bucks for 50% more. Not fussed about whether it's 4ply or 3ply.

    • +3

Depends on your a$$ and whether you bite your fingernails.

For me, I fold once with four ply, but fold twice on three ply to insure against pink push through.

Four ply for the win for meā€¦

      • Is it cheaper than the costco one?

        • +1

          More information required.

toilet paper being a thing….i was hoping 2024 would be the year people stop obsessing over this stuff

    • +1

Wipe left hand, eat with right?

    • Toilet paper will always be a thing. Not sure who's obsessing with the stuff.

  • -4

I try to use office and public rest rooms a lot so I can save toilet rolls, reduce water usage and Sewerage. Still damn curry nights get me into action šŸ˜¢

    • You have metred sewerage?

      • How do you know how long it is?

    • +4

Not exactly sure how that reduces water usage and less sewerage. That's some pretty incredible mental gymnastics.

      • They don't flush.

  • +2

ā€œ5 rolls per fortnightā€? I wish it was only that many. My missus uses that must just for her front bum.

  • Description is 30 packs. But the selection button says 6 packs. Spoke to Amazon and did not want to know there is a discrepancy.

"Please send complaints to the appropriate department".

Really! Thanks for your help Amazon.

    • +1

      Its 5 packs of 6.

      • Apologies but wher me doesnā€™t say that ?

      • Sorry. It says pack of 6. Not 5 packs of 6. And the sheet count is 1080 which means 36 sheets per roll? Do the math. Does not make sense.

        • Add to the cart, and it will show pack of 30. Its Amazon and its typical lazy listing.

          • @annarchon: 1 pack of 6 19.50 can you show how it's 30 packs for $19.50 ?
            thanks

        • -1

click on Go To Deal from OZB then click on the Go to quilton store link above "amazon's choice' up towards the right, then find the 4 ply gold and click that and it gets you to the 30 rolls $19.50 thingy we got there and thanks OP

          • @hack: Just did this and getting "Pack of 6" under size name when I check the item in my cart. Any other way to verify size, or have you had the item delivered yet and can confirm it's a pack of 30?

          • @hack: did this but still shows "Currently unavailable. This item is only available from third-party sellers" for me

  • +4

It's been this price for a 4ply time.

  • +1

It has been this price for a while now, its my $59 free shipping stuffer.

    • +1

Living your best 2020 with all your TP.

      • +1

I havenā€™t carried any TP home since COVID, Amazon has been wiping my bum since 2020

  • is this cheaper than costco?

    • +3

yes, but not as good imo. Costco brand is pretty awesome, but cost more. your finger won't bust through when you're wiping, lol.

    $0.00309 per sheet

i bought in the middle of february the Quilton 3 Ply Toilet Tissue (180 Sheets per Roll, 11x10cm), Pack of 48 Rolls (no Inner Packs)

it was $21.60 for 48 rolls, 180 sheets per roll

    $0.00250 per sheet, cheaper

can't measure per roll as some have more or less sheets per roll.
For example this wouldn't be a bargain if it cost $19.50 for 1000 roll, but only had 1 sheet per roll.

    • -1

      How much per shit?

  • Oos? Isn't showing up for me

  • "roughly 5 rolls per fortnight" for one person…?

I'd be changing my diet or talking to a proctologist.

    • +1

No one becomes a proctologist because they want to talk to peopleā€¦

  • +2

The women in my life love to eat this stuff. Atleast thats what it seems like

    • oof that's rough…

      • +1

        IYKYK

  • 46c per 100 sheets? Not sure if the extra ply is worth that.

    • Maybe my calc is wrong, I get 42c per 100.

      Price 17.55
      30 rolls times 140 sheets 4200
      Per sheet price 0.004178571
      Per 100 sheet price 0.417857143

      • Say 5 sheets per poo poo per day = 2.1c xD

      • Yes, I used the non-S&S price.

  • Isnt this a pack of 6 only? The pic says 30 but the description says 6.

  • Anyone tried the Sorbent 4 ply and can make comparison to Quilton Gold? https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/507634/sorā€¦

I think they work out to be similar cost per roll with the above special at woolies..

  • Regular Quilton is $15.99 for a 36 pack at spudshed if anyone interested. I know it's not the same as Gold version.

  • Any expiry on these? Still having a pile at home stocked by family during outbreak lok

    • +1

If you still have the docket, you can save them as collectors' items in the future - "genuine toilet paper from the Great Toilet Paper Wars of 2020"

    • Exactly how many rolls did you purchase!

      • Enough for the shops to start invoking a 1-per-person purchase Iimit.
