I Called Tangerine Today but Cannot Understand The Phone Rep's English

I am currently a Tangerine customer i called there customer service number today about creating a login for there portal to view my current account also i want to upgrade from FTTN to Fibre as it's available at my location. The problem is the customer service rep's English today was so broken over the phone i had to hang up as i could not understand him. I need some advice as the best way to contact tangerine without calling them.

  • I manage to get a verification code sent to my email to login to there portal but that doesn't work it says i have 2 attempts remaining…this is ridiculous.

    I took a first year physics topic and the tutor had a thick Indian accent and talked very fast, couldn't understand a word she said. So I changed my major to biology instead. Perhaps you can do that as well?
