A shame they don't have a better vegie savoury option but can't argue with the price.

    • +1

I'm sure they can tailor it to your needs.

    Code only gives $1 off

  • +5

Is this a scam? The wording says 19.90 TOWARDS breakfast for two.
Or is it actually breakfast for two?

    • there is a weekend and public holiday surcharge, maybe this is just allowing for this

  • +8

Surely any breakfast deal that was $53 should at least come with a standard drink included.

  • +3

Wow they were trying to flog this off for $53 lol

Just bought this, reading again and wondering if it’s two meals or just the one plate of bacon, eggs and pancakes to share?

    • +2

I think it's one of each to share. Not very clear is it?

      • +1

Agreed, it appears to be one of each.

They say" Selected menu items only" and then" Savor our Traditional Bacon & Eggs—two pancakes, eggs, and maple syrup—alongside the Regular Stack "

        • If it is the same as last time, you can get one of each, or two of the same.

Super not clear. It sounds to me like it is in total one plate of the bacon/eggs stack (value $25.90), and one plate of 3 pancake stack (value $21.90). Total value by my calculation is $47.80, not $53. Unfortunate, as I don't want to share my brekky eggs! :-P

When I choose the "gluten free" pancake variant for both items (which is normally extra, but it sounds like is also included if needed), then I get to $52.20, which is close, but still not $53!

The groupon page even has the marked down original price as $55.80!? Can't see how they got that.

Overall, not bad for $19 with coupon. But just very poorly written/formatted promo page.

I have bought this before. I believe it is the same deal. When you get to the restaurant, you can get two meals. They can both be bacon and eggs, they can both be a regular stack, or you can get one of each.

Take your own hidden maple syrup. Their flavoured syrup is shit, and the real stuff costs extra.

Great deal, outside of that caveat.

    District 13 shall rise again!

    • It's a shame they got rid of Glen Waverley

      • Werribee too

        • That one is closed temporarily according to google. It will return

And yet no mention of scientology …

  • Malvern should actually be Malvern East.

    • Fixed. Thanks for picking up on that.

I probably should not have relied solely on the Groupon website for the names of the participating Pancake Parlour locations!

  • Waste of money. I have tried it and it wasn't worth it. You end up spending lot more for extremely expensive food, because the inclusions in the original offer are too little. Avoid.

    • who would have thought a Groupon coupon could lead to this final result ?!?

  • No. Using the code "promo" only gave a 5% discount, not 15%. I did not proceed.

  • Is the weekend surcharge going to be 10% of the Groupon price? I mean only 5 bucks if calculated on the "normal" price, but this is ozb right… I'd hate to get ripped off 😉

  • Just bought but code only gives $1 discount. Perhaps Groupon changed the promo offer

    • Did you do it via shopback app?

  • +1

Thanks op. Got 15% off with code

Used this voucher today at Eastland.
They allow you to redeem two Traditional breakfasts so that's what we did. The 15% public holiday surcharge applies on top of the $19.90 Groupon price. All in all reasonable deal and hassle free. Could be redeemed on a public holiday despite the voucher mentioning it wasn't eligible to be used on a public holiday.

    • Was tempted to use it on a Sunday but was wondering how the surcharge applies if you don't play anything.

      • +1

They basically have a special charge for the Groupon for $19.90 and then they discount it by $19.90. But you pay for the surcharge on the $19.90
