        Yeah I tried it on the desktop site too, don't think it has anything to do with shopback or their app, just an unbelievable flaw with how their click and collect system works.

    used Topcashback the other day for only the second time…tracked within an hour or so.

    Used Shopback for the umpteenth time today ….has not tracked after 12 hours+.

    it cant be that hard, can it?…. i mean these companies only have 1 job to do - if they were administrating a standard loyalty & rewards program their offices would have been tumbleweeds years ago

        yes, SB are notoriously slow at tracking; sometimes they come through, sometimes they dont - and they are also notorious for not tracking at all with BWS deals

        my point is if one cashback outfit can track quickly, why cant the others? Cashrewards used to track in minutes in their heyday…SB just leaves you in suspense for a day or so - and often subsequent frustration, remorse and regret

    Ridiculous, can't place an order because it says my selected store is closed (hence can't click and collect within 30 minutes).

    So basically this deal is completely useless unless you ordered before stores closed at 9pm. How stupid is that!?

      Same issue the other night with the TopCashbak BWS deal and unable to checkout later in the evening. Stupid BWS systems. These deals now need to read "During BWS Opening Hours" until BWS fix the issue!

    Mine just tracked again, took 24hrs, Including the westpac bonus. I’ve never once not tracked using the app at BWS.

    Ordered just after 12, text came through less than 10 minutes later, picked up around 3, and both (BWS and Wpac) tracked overnight, no problem at all.
    I should probably consider getting a Lotto ticket, as I must be a lucky one and yet to have a single issue with BWS. 🤷‍♂️

    Tracking came through overnight. Will go and pick up my plonko rosso today. The BWS website was a PITA in displaying sale items, but this deal was good!

    Hey all, heard the feedback about the website having issues and have passed to BWS that this inhibited a lot of purchases, sorry for any frustration there, hopefully BWS are able to resolve this for future promos. Thanks for letting me know.
