Yep mine was cancelled for an item that wasn't even the donuts. Live chat says it's "redeemed" and very quick to try and boot me off chat.

My local 7-11 didn’t have them, but I did a search for Krispy Kreme and another 7-11 store came up, which i was able to order from. With an order of a Meiji chocolate ($2.50) and a Dashpass, the total order came to $3.97.
Store claimed they were out of stock, and cancelled my order. Still got my chocolate and a full refund which isn’t too bad I guess.
And have now been given a $17.50 credit from DoorDash. I think this is an ongoing issue with 7-11 promotions, not just DoorDash ones but in general. I get the feeling that individual franchisees will often do what they can to avoid promotions set up by head office. I remember when 7-11 used to do cheap sandwich deals ($2.99?) and you would see individual stores limiting the deal to particular types of sandwiches or even just taking them off the shelf altogether.

Anyone else getting the error "To use this promotion, make sure your cart contains the required items". My cart definitely has the items needed, and i've tried clearing cookies and using incognito.

Their stock is questionable. How many do they really have per store? OOS midnight lol. In the event like this, they should've prepared.
I think they rely on people adding other items to the order, then cancelling the donuts and delivering the other items and cashing in on the small order and service charges. Right up until the last second I had a slurpee in my cart too, but had a feeling this would happen so I removed it, otherwise I'd have paid $6-7 for a $2 slurpee.
Got my coffee for free tho. Not sure who (7-11 or doordash) will pay for it and the dasher.

If your order was cancelled choose a refund via Doordash credit. Try order again and it will say you’ve reached the promo limit. Complain to support that the promo code was never used and they’ll give you the discount as additional Doordash credit that you can use at any store.

Update order arrived, and my two chocolates (to get over the small order fee) were refunded. Ended up paying $2 or so for the donuts delivered. Great deal.
So it seems like my 7-11 doesn't have the specific 4 pack available because when I try to add a normal 4 pack instead of the Ice Cream swirl one it says "To use this promotion, make sure your cart contains the required items."
I went to the website exa mentioned that shows where it's in stock and put in a bunch of addresses that I know in Brisbane/Gold Coast and even one in Melbourne, and none of them are showing up in stock - maybe it's run out from 7-11's side and doordash hasn't updated it, unless I did something wrong? Not 100% sure what's going on with it - maybe I'm just in a place where we don't have them yet

@donman92: how so? it is supposed to make the deal look bad, which it is given they cancel half the orders and deliver you stuff you don't want that you need to deal with support to get money refunded from.
@greennick: Getting some of your order cancelled is usually a good thing when it comes to stacking discounts:
Added the donuts and the coupon. They delivery driver realises it's out of stock. Got the redbull I added to my order to avoid the small order fee for free coz of the refund lmao
Similar thing happened to me when I ordered 3 boxes of coles water bottles + milk and cookies from a servo. Water was out of stock and I used a 50% off coupon. Water got refunded at near the full rate so the milk and cookies were delivered for $2 which was obv cheaper than me buying the items + fuel and time.
