I had an order scheduled to be delivered at 10am. Just checked, and they cancelled the donuts ($17.50) but kept the 2 caramello koalas ($2.50) I added to get to $20 to avoid the small order fee leaving an order of $5.89 for JUST 2 caramello koalas. Contacted Live Chat, and wrote 'I want to speak to a person' and they cancelled my order without me asking.

Icecream Swirls weren't* available at my local 7-Eleven in Perth before I headed to bed last night but are removed today, assuming either run out of or had no stock at any point. I do wonder when they get their delivery of stock normally though.

I did order very early this morning though (prior to 6:30AM) as soon as I saw this post! Last time the store was closed on doorDash all day so the offer was unavailable. Thought I would order ASAP.
Not sure the hype around these donuts… they don't taste that good to be excited over. 7-11 used to have their own brand of donuts when I was a kid and they tasted so much better than Krispy Creme donuts and they were bigger too.
They would have shrunk them by now.
I think the hype comes from the price of this offer.
True but these donuts taste like they have more sugar than flavoring these days.
Last pack of 4 I had when an offer like this came around it was for 4 basic glazed donuts and I swear all I could taste from them was sugar than anything else.First time I've had KK, they were awful. As you said all sugar, no flavour.
@rokufan: Yep. 7-11 Brand Donuts over 10 years ago were so much better. Why they discontinued their own brand of donuts for Krispy Creme is beyond me.
I love Jam filled chocolate donuts and you can't even get them with Krispy Kreme.. actually it's hard to get these anywhere these days.
Replaced with all these other flavor donuts I don't even like.

First time I got free Krispy Kreme, ordered with a 7/11 coffee for free trial delivery, $6 total.
Had my first order refunded - went back to try just original glazed and I've maxed out the voucher. Unfortunate…

If you contact them they'll credit you the $14.50 for the donuts, happened to me after cancelling
They refunded it without me contacting them. Ended up getting the redbull free no fees etc

I had ordered the 4 x Ice-cream Swirl. Was sent a variety box. I asked for a refund and received $22.60 back. Only paid $5.20 originally. $15 + profit and 4 donuts.
How odd though - mine always has them available but today there are none on the site at all. I even had some in my cart and they are not available either now - dodgy or what?

KK donuts are replenished daily in the mornings at 7 Eleven. The later the order was made today the less likely they would have had any left in stock. The earlier orders were successful.
This is a popular deal with almost 5000 clicks so just a matter of getting in early.

Got scammed, they claimed not in stock, 2/2 offers like this they claimed the same thing.
If you got refunded then you didn't get scammed. This is a popular deal with over 200 upvotes and almost 5000 clicks. The later you made an order the less likely they would have donuts left in stock IMO.
I ordered it in minutes of the offer being made. Unless all the orders happened within that time i find it highly unlikely it was sold out.

Not referring to this deal specifically but their customer service is pathetic probably the worst I've come across.
I once made 2 orders separately from the same store but only one ended up being delivered. I contacted them straight after but they still refused a refund even after escalating it further.
Absolutely trash customer service if anything goes wrong.
Did you ask for photo proof of delivery?
Provided photos and explained everything. Both orders were 2 items each as I recall and the delivery driver had accepted both orders and uploaded a delivery pic showing 2 bags. However each bag only contained one item inside.
Anyways it was like talking to a brick wall even after the issue was escalated. As I said if things go wrong good luck with this lot.
