      Elaborate?

      • +3

        it doubles as ozempic

    • (or eat for free) if you know how ;)

      C'mon dude. Spill your burrito.

    • How?

    • huh?

    • +1

      $2 for sim

      • +2

How you make a profit tho

    • Too many people know the loophole now :'( best to be quiet about it

      • DM me?

      • Could I know as well thanks

  • Saw this too, it was in the app, but it says delivery only, maybe because it is not available on the gyg app. Great deal at $10, also cammys chargrill chicken is still $10, and they are very good burgers.

    • If you go ahead and order, pick up option shows on the last screen

      • +1

Yes, was saying, thanks to the OP for this deal. Would have missed it otherwise.

  • +3

Add $2.50 worth of extras to get free Uber One delivery (like Guac)

    • Or get the free membership from uberone from my post from yesterday. However, it still adds a service fee. Then i also feel morally responsible for tipping a guy who came in the cold winter night so it adds up. My tight arse went to do pick up for kebabs on Friday for this reason

      • +2

Membership still requires you to spend at least $20 to get free delivery. This is calculated on the item's original price ($17.50) hence adding $2.50 to get free delivery. And yes unfortunately still have to pay service fee.

The fact people consider these a great deal at $10 a pop boggles my mind. They are bog average, mostly rice, and not very filling at all. And having to pay extra for coriander and sauces, ridiculous.

    • What would you recommend instead of $10 GYG?

      • +7

        Kebab

        • +10

Difficult to find a $10 kebab

          • -1

@pork: Check under $10 deals. Kebab option is gone now from watsup brothers but a few burgers and burrito coming up now from other stores. In Sydney, I see OMG kebabs still for $10

      • -1

        Pretty much everything…

$12 roast chook from colesworths comes to mind, only 2 bucks more but so much better value.

Heck even a dominos pepperoni pizza for $6 or something of similar value but $4 less.

      • Currently I would say KFC Giant Snack Pack $6.95

      • Red Rooster $10 Mega Box Deal goes hard.
        https://www.redrooster.com.au/value/

      • Banh Mi from one of Aus's dozens of Viet bakeries. Scored a Lukes double crackling pork banh mi for $12 from UE, was more meat than I could eat in one go.

    • Extras like coriander are free to be picked up at their salsa stations if they're available at time of pickup

    • Coriander and salsas are free, as well as red onions and jalapenos. Add all of those in and it's much better, they're so bland otherwise.

    • +1

I can't order these unless there is some sweet chilli sauce nearby, the burritos are a little bland (yes I get mild sue me).

The chips are really good though albeit a little small

  • +2

As a proud Windows Phone user (i.e. nothing to do any sort of app) I guess the OP would add and remove the order on gonzales and yuber apps: will get the order free on gonzales app and will make profit on yuber app thru dropship by yuber.

    • what is yuber?

      • SYLTB probably created a yuber app on windows phone. Its a nothing to do anything sort of an app.

    • I have a windows phone is this for real?

  • Hmm it needs me to pick up in a location 30kms away. Maybe i try again later.

    • I think pick up is store dependent

      • It worked, pick up available near my current location, phew!

  • Menulog also has 30% off, which works out cheaper?

    • +1

      maths is hard :/

    • +2

GYG is delivery only on menulog. Plus most Ozbargainers will have uber pass, so probably better deal on uber eats. Best deal uber eats pick up

    • No that comes out much more expensive with fees. They used to have them for $8 and still wasn't a deal

  • -2

Personal opinion but you couldn't pay me to eat at GYG after trying them.

    • +2

No worries. I'll ask someone else to eat gyg for $100 then.

      • +1

        Do you need my PayID?

      • Very generous of you to pay someone to eat a cold burrito loaded with canned beans water

        • +1

I've eaten over 40 GYG Burrito's and all were hot

          • +1

@Fobsessive: If you've had that many good ones then it could just be s**t staff at the Campbellfield location, I've only had one and felt sick after so haven't given any others a try.

            • @DeToxin: That has a 3.3 star rating on Google, very low compared to my regular

  • Anyone tried their coffee? I tried it for the first time last week and I don't know if I got lucky (I suspect I may have), but it was amazing.

    • Barista style made coffee, or Coles Expree/7-11 style?

  • +1

Who remembers when it was $5 on DoorDash

  • i wish they do $10 nachos instead of Burritos

  • +1

Geez when did guac become an extra $2.70? Especially considering that avocados are cheaper now than compared to pre COVID.

  • 6.49 delivery fee kills the deal

  • Sorry how do I get this $10 deal?? I have tried 2 UberEats account and both cannot see this deal…? Am I doing something wrong?

    • It is probably select stores only. Try a few other different stores. This deal maybe too far away and unobtainable for you unfortunitley.

      • Thanks. Ok so it's just some stores and I'll have to just test a few ok. Thanks.

  • Don't forget 10% off gift cards at cashrewards. Have stacked it successfully.

  • -2

    What's a burrito?

    • -2

      Isn't that where rabbits live?

    • Burrata's brother

      • Burt Rito?

  • I see the promo but no deal when I click on it

  • -1

    Deal expired :(

    • It isn’t? It’s only available after breakfast when the menu changes ~10:30am.

      • Gotcha, it's working again. False alarm!

      • oh no… what i want is breakfast

  • Why i cant see this? Is this for a specific time of the day?

    • It could be a few things happening. Sometimes it is limited stores. But it could be that this deal is being rolled out to different people at different times. So maybe this will work next week for you, if you would like this deal, keep trying. A local pizza chain had a $10 pizza, but my local store did not have the deal last week, yet the same pizza shop 5Km away had the deal, but yesterday i was able to get the deal from my local. Also with Camys, my local does not have the deal anymore, but another store does have the deal, and they both had the deal the same time at one point.

      • Thanks! Ill keep looking

  • +2

Got one of these and damn it was completely miserable. Their breakfast burritos are sort of passable but would never get a regular one again. Just some sloppy mess of chicken and rice in a tortilla. Nothing in it to brighten it up or make it seem fresh. Literally just sauce, a few bits of chicken and rice. Had to pay an extra $1.40 for sauce too wtf?

    • +2

Like every business that gets popular - they started off quite good 5+ years ago. Now they are rubbish.

      • +1

That's what I thought as well. I'm not sure why this deal got so many upvotes

    • +1

The size also varies as well. I got 3x and two of them were tiny…. almost half the size.

  • I think the deal has ended?

    • No, has not ended. Still $10 at Broadway Sydney and possibly others

    • Shouldn't be, could be branch specific. I placed an order earlier today for pick up later.
