Hi guys, not so sure if this is a deal or dealbreaker, but here we go…

Box app available for iOS, Android and for Playbook(Blackberry)

the reason why i used playbook link is that it gives out 50GB storage which is the most, while iOS claimed to have 10GB+ for sign up, and Android says 5GB

people would say 5GB would be normal, but if you have playbook lying around, maybe it's worth it now to get the 50GB

what i did was, i signed up using playbook, got 50GB worth free storage, and then whichever device i signed into after that shows 50GB worth of storage available.

and then, you will receive an email to share the 50GB to someone else, haven't tried that though.

    I got 50GB for Android on an OZB deal a while ago. Mobile data being expensive and slow, I never made use of it though.

    Looks like other tablets are included, not just the playbook.

    Box sync not included and 100mb upload limit are annoying, but it's free :D

        Does box sync sync file permissions too? And let you specify any directory? Lots of them don't and its really annoying for trying to sync stuff like source code etc.

        The only one I found that does was SugarSync, that was several months back.

        But SugarSync is absolute crap because it doesn't allow file/directory masking. So whenever you build your few k of source code it re-syncs all the compiled files which on my build runs into the 500MB range lol. This feature has been asked for and acknowledged by the "team" like 2 years ago, and still nothing to this day.

    Personally dont like "Box".Dont have instant photo upload function,also with free account, upload file size is limited…..Dropbox is much better option.
