  • Good deal, I am going to buy a external hard drive, about $150. perfect for me. :)

  • Put "Bing Lee" in title please.

  • What about buying Gift cards worth of $100? Does Bing lee sell any?

  • +2

The Nexus 7 for $229 after cashback looks like the only bargain I could find at Binglee.

    • yeah i second that, pretty much can find anything else, do they do price matching ?

      • Is $259 the best price in the market already?

    • go into the stores they normally have better offers.

      $249 at GGs.
Price match shouldn't be a problem so $219 after cashback.

  • Registered both of my cards
Now i wonder if i buy a $200 item, would bing lee split the payments :p

    • If both cards are under your name, you will only get $30, I guess.
From T&C "Cardmembers may not register more than one Card."
But there is always exceptions. :)

      • I made a supplementary card under my sisters name so i can take advantage of offers lol

        • That should be fine, I will do the same thing. :)

    • +1

I got this message when I tried to register a supplementary card under a different name.

      "Sorry

Oops, our records show that you've already enrolled for this offer. We limit the number of times that a Cardmember can enrol for each offer."

  • -3

Do you think it's possible to buy item get $30 then return it? lol

    • they refund it back to your card so AE will pickup on it

  • Considering the Nexus 4 now.

    • So is Binglee stocking these before the 18th?

      • +1

If the deal also works for gift card (don't know which gift card they accept), we could buy gift card before 18th, then buy Nexus 4 later. In this case, we can try as many as AMEX card we have.

        • good thinking, then just deposit the money and get it used later.

        • But I can not find Binglee gift card, and any other gift card they accept. Anybody know?

        • in store only

        • Thanks.

  • Thanks OP.

  • another awesome deal from Amex. thanks OP.

  • thanks, just registered

  • Thanks, I'll probably use this to pick up a Nexus 7.

  • If I have a joint account with my partner, can we both register separately and get this deal?

  • No luck negociating with Bing Lee for the Buffalo 3TB. Best they would offer me is $169.00 inc free shipping.

    • $169 is the online price, and it says negotiable!!!
      Maybe try in the stores.

      • Can't. No stores in Melb so not really worth the flight/drive to NSW.

  • +1

helppp, i couldn't find anything to buy and yet i am desperate to make a use of this deal…

  • I can only imagine how hard it will be for them (Bing Lee) to swallow the word Amex when negotiating the price.

    • Negotiate asif price, then switch to Amex, if they add more than $28, bug out.

  • Ask them to break the nexus 7 deal into 2 transactions ^.^

    • good idea
price match with GG to $249
      $60 credit back
end up only $189 for nexus 7

      • +1

I am just joking, I don' think they will do it because they cannot break the stock item into 2.

        • Yes, they can split the payment with 2 cards…

        • So in that case you can get $60?

Can they do with the same card?

  • Thanks, registered

  • wait for Terrific Tuesday Deals

  • Anyone know how much it would cost to ship to Vic?

    • I suppose it's free shipping as shown, but it shows up to $7.75 for delivery to Vic, do I miss anything?

  • The WD 4TB at $250 ($230 with casback) is a good buy

    • Do you mean $220 with Amex cashback? Or is there a $20 WD cashback?

      • Yes, sorry, $220 with the AMEX cashback. LOL and I did Maths 4U way back!

        • Its a Hitachi inside

        • i thought it was Intel Inside

        • Hi BingLee
I did, spoken with a 'Joseph'
However he advised there are no HP 2TB models available
And cannot find any other 2TB models within $100 range

        • +1

The original price for this drive is $179.90, and marked as $149 in the store.

        • +1

Whats the model. See if our buyer can get more stock for you

        • What's the best price you can offer for this? (Surprisingly this doesn't have free shipping although 99% other items do)

  • buy something for $1000, split the receipt into 10, save $300?

    • Only if you have 10 cardmembers who registered for this offer making the 10 $100 payments.

      • But what about I use the same card buy multiple items? I think it is not limited to one purchase.

    • Anybody did that? For GG still only one invoice but charge multiple time on the CC.

Just saw this on the site "Receive a $30 credit back on your statement. Limit of one $30 credit per Cardmember."

So only if you have more than one AMEX card.

Do a deal on the 3TB drives.. 2TB just isn't enough anymore and I had no luck negociating the price online.

      • Obs. What is the deal you are trying to do online?

        • +1

Buffalo - HD-LB3.0TU3 - 3TB DriveStation. It's been < $149 in previous Bing Lee deals. Some have got it for $140 I believe. Your prices are now $169 for the same drive online.

        • I will buy one if its $140 (Free shipping to QLD)

        • Buffalo had a deal in June but that's long gone now.

        • Would love to but the call centre will do a better price than $169 with Free Shipping for you on 1300980399

        • Hi Bing Lee, thanks for your prompt response
