CARD.GIFT/GIFT they secretly removed ebay from the swap list ????
I got a few of these $50 gift card left. It used to be able to swap to ebay voucher $50 and I have swapped many in my email inbox.
But I cannot find any link to swap and ebay no longer listed on their website !!!
Anyone know when did they secretly make this change and can I ask for refund for this sudden change.

damn I hate this change . left all my cards useless. Woolworths is not providing a refund for sure. I called TCN they said no way they will refund me

I'm guessing the Terms and Conditions said that the list of retailers was subject to change. So you probably don't have much of a case as annoying as it is. Might just need to cop the inconvenience and swap it for something else.
consumer law should be on top of the TC right ? I remember TCN pulled the same shit a few years ago with restaurants card then they provided full refund to me.
probably depends on the scope of the change. If they had dropped half their retailers that would probably constitute a major problem under the ACL. But it’s just one, and they probably technically informed you before purchase. So it would be hard to argue that is significant enough to get a refund.
