            @T-man: Do you remember what ticket type you chose when rebooking? Anything labelled as Telstra Plus (using points or not) doesn't add to the cost, but doesn't let us complete the order.

            It's a free movie, but another day not in a packed theatre, and letting another family go as well would be even better!

          i tried to use the change session function on the site but it doesn’t matter which session I choose it wouldn’t let me go through without paying (pretty much buying new tickets). trying the same in the app and it straight up doesn’t give any other sessions as options, just 06/04 2:30 which was the original free tickets option

        How did you change sessions for free? When i try to change session, it shows that my existing session booking cost is $0 and the new session booking cost is $xx and trying to charge me the difference.

      Mine worked for Wed 3rd April.

      Mind you.., expected me me only get 1 adult + 1 child for free.

      Booked this anyway.

      Logged back in and repeated the process to get a further 1 adult + 1 child for free.

      (Total of: 2 adult + 2 child for free.all sat side by side).

      Q: is this just yet another weird Telstra bs thing?

            @FredAstair: sorry what I meant was , I believe you purchased it for 6 April and then changed it to 3 April .If so then how and was it via mobile or Desktop as seems now they have restricted it much more

      I've been to free screenings with free snacks a few times at Event before, all of them the items have been on a table at the door of the room. Can't say that's true here, but likely.

    Spend last 20 mins on this but no joy… I can get it to give me the telstra plus member price and allows me to select upto 4 tickets but payment screen still has price that I need to pay.
    1. Log into My Telstra App —> Movie tickets —> Explorer Tickets —> An Exclusive Experience (Book now) —> Find a session —> Select tickets from Event site —> Sadness….
