      We have 1 size for Series 2, and it is designed so that it can fit multiple sizes by adjusting height, seat depth, arm positioning, and so on.     They are opened only two days in a week and I have to take day off to pick the item. Not worth it. Still they are running business 1990 timing standard. Common guys open on weekend atleast half a day on Saturday.

      This. Same with the showroom, open on a Saturday when the majority of people are free.

    Note that despite being $0 C&C, in Sydney the pick-up location is all the way up in the Northern Beaches and only opens on Mon, Wed, Fri with limited hours (like 9am-3pm or something).

    With the "Non-Faulty (Change-of-Mind) Returns" policy, is it possible to drop the chair back to the pick up location, rather than shipping it? (I know there's also a $50 restocking fee)

      Yes it is possible, but needs to arrange a time for drop-off with our customer service.

    Slightly off topic but…I have one of your sit/stand powered desks but would like the option to set upper and lower positions. I know Steelcase use Jiecang components so wanted to know if I could purchase a control with memory functions, similar to the one used on your Migration SE Pro, for example. My desk uses the JCB35NS2-230 control box.

    Can you confirm, please?
