Subject to stock availability & store opening hours. For a "limited" time only.

    Idk where you bought your chicken from but the leg pieces at my local Oportos are juicy af. The Coles/Wooleys/Costco/charcoal chicken tastes like kindling when you compare it to Oportos leg pieces.

      Yeah I definitely got unlucky then. Colesworth are generally better than what I got. Might give it another try.

  Buy bulk pack of raw skin-on Chicken wings or legs (not mixed).
  Lightly smear with chili garlic paste (very lightly) https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/38127/lee-… and drizzle of dark soy sauce.
  Cook in air fryer.
  Pour juices onto steamed / microwave veg (nuke some mixed frozen veg)
  Chef's kiss

  Results: Crispy / BBQ type finish on skin, salty mild chili flavour. Very juicy inside.

  The juices season the veg oh so well.

  Prep time: less than 1 minute

    The time saved in not having to go to the shops, buy chicken wings, cook them, clean up etc, is probably worth more than the $10 saving to some.

  Idk if its just my local Oporto or they suck in general. Its so terrible and never feels freshly made. Local charcoal chicken shops are much better.

    I don't think you will be able to order until 5pm local time.
