Yeah. To clarify: You can see the banner and the locations participating, but when clicking on any of the locations, the banner on the restaurant's listing won't be there and the code won't apply.
Banner also fails to mention these conditions, reads like it's one use per promotion of it.
Extremely stingy of them really.
@jasswolf: Burgers Anonymous (NSW only) and Mad Mex have their own versions of this deal. You can use either even if you used the BURGERSPECIAL code previously at a different restaurant.

Would be a great deal if pickup was included. The delivery and service fees result in a $15-$20 meal. Albeit delivered.
