    Really good starter set

    I'm not usually a fan of blow moulded cases, but the case catches look good quality.

    For what it is worth, my dad bought me one of these for my 18th birthday (about 13 years ago) but it was in NZ so a slightly different version. Best bit of kit I have, I have bought it with to Aus, it has been used and abused for a lot of it's life and it still kicking. Wouldn't hesitate to buy one for anyone.

    Was just cleaning out my tool trolley and was looking at my sad old cheapie socket set I've had for 20 years thinking I should replace it with something decent, and along comes this!

    Also just noticed you can bundle the set with a cross wheel spanner for an extra to $2.50

    There is offer for second on for $89 however the postage goes up to $25 because it need a forklift. Second go it went to $38. It having a hissy fit

      According to Bahco website: "Bahco is an international brand within the hand tool industry, with its products designed and manufactured by SNA Europe."
      Promotional literature suggests they're all made in the EU. SNA Europe is a subsidiary of Snap-On.

        It's got both. But agreed, I'll only buy purely Metric. We're never going to get away from 1/4 and 1/2 inch sockets but at least the bit should be Metric.
