Ended up ordering full price and getting their help chat to process a refund for the promotional value.
Side note, their help chat is a nightmarish hellscape. They must be running tight KPIs for response times because their agents will pick up the ticket then drop off immediately. And God forbid you wait more than 2 seconds to respond, then they'll throw out some "Because I have not heard anything from you in some time, I am going to close our chat" shenanigans.

Cant even add the chicken feed or double chicken feed from oportos. There are required selections that you cant make because they dont even show in the options. Anyone else have this problem?
I see what you mean, they let you select basting for whole chicken 2 but not whole chicken (1) so you cannot add to cart.

Yes, for the double chicken it doesnāt let you choose the basting for the first chickenā¦
Need someone smart (so definitely not me) to inspect the whole chicken element and change it so it will be a prompt like whole chicken 2 to fulfil the basting condition to add to cart
