Whenever these supplement "deals" come online i always look at the prices of standard proteins and supplements that i buy from the Supplement Warehouse in Guildford and compare to see if it really is a "deal". On your website you have Gold Standard whey 100% 2.27kg bags ON BLOODY SALE for $99.95:
    http://www.buildmybody.com.au/supplements/optimum-nutrition-…

Then you have another 100% gold standard whey selling at $62.95 with the picture of the 2.27kg BAG as the picture but upon further investigation you are IN FACT selling the 909g tubs for 62.95 not the Bag as advertised in the link:
    http://www.buildmybody.com.au/supplements/optimum-nutrition-…

Supplement Warehouse sells the 2.27kg bags in 6 flavours for 79.95, even after your $10 discount which pretty much negates the $9 shipping fee you are one of the most expensive online supplement distributors in NSW and you are conducting false advertising.

Your 5star reviews are about the products itself which are great but your site is wrong and misleading. Please update or give us a better deal.

$100 for Gold Standard Whey 2.27kg is insane. This $10 deal might be good for your apparel section since i dont follow RRP about those but definitely a no go supplement pricing wise.

    • On that note, is Supplement warehouse the cheapest place to get Gold Standard? According to the website it is $85, not $80. Is that an in store price?

      • yup i've been buying from the Guildford Supplement Warehouse for over a year now, the guy (has a bushy beard) sells it for 79.95

Apologies for late response, i didnt get a notification that someone messaged after my comment

  • Forgive my naivety, I'm just wondering, would buying supplements that has only protein give you a better deal than buying those that contain a lot of additional ingredients. I've stopped buying well known supplements because of the price and maybe the ingredients that's not necessary and moved to 'only protein' contained supplements. e.g. Bulk Nutrients.

    • If you're after a protein powder supplement, then you're going to want a protein supplement that provides the maximum % of protein (or grams of protein per 100g).

      • why do they add additional ingredients for? do they aid in absorption, helps you reach your goals faster or something?

extra "ingredients" include BCAAs or sugars(carbs) and fats to the list. If you're watching your intake and going lean then go for something which has high protein low carb and low fat. If you're after bulking in general there are many great tasting proteins out there that are loaded 1:1 ratio for proteins and carbs.

I've stuck to gold standard 100% because each scoop is 24g protein, 1g fat and 3g carbs and a few grams of BCAAs. I've tasted Met-Rx, gold standard and the black and white brand that fitness first sells off the shelf called Musashi Bulk.

The fitness first one tastes the BEST and is pretty cheap ~$50/tub but you have to take 4 scoops for 1 service and is LOADED with carbs.

As stated before you can get gold standard goes for approx $80 and you can get alot of scoops out of the 2.27kg bags but at the end of the day protein is protein. Alot of brands will give you the required dosage in a serving and it's up to you to choose the right protein for you, low carb or high carb.

The SHORT answer to your question PeeDee, Some fillers might just be marketing stuff used to hook you in, id recommend sticking to money efficiency since these are "supplements" Nothing beats whole meal diets :)

        • I add my extra ingredients twice a week and they work wonders

Thank you so much Ninjabredman, and nobullsupplement.

I think I'm going for the right look. I'm was a skinny person. Usually those types would aim for bulk first but for me I prefer aiming for a lean look i.e. ottermode (If you don't know, google image yourself). I'm also lactose intolerant, what do you recommend I should combine with protein if I choose to?

        • hm.. lactose intolerant does throw a spanner in the works abit, i usually mix my protein with small amount of water to dissolve it and then milk for extra carbs every morning when i wake up.. in your case maybe just stick with water?

        • on a side note i just checked out NoBullSupplement's WPI protein, those look like very super clean protein! Almost no carbs and no fat at all, and a big bang for it's buck, well done!

  • the prices for the underarmour gear are more expensive than wiggle australia or some other sports stores, but about the same delivered when you use the coupon. if you buy a bit more you can get free shipping on wiggle you get free shipping and its a lot cheaper.

  • I would rather get WPI from no bull supplements or venom protein

Both are cheap and the protein mixes well with skim milk or water
