  • horrible specs, but i suppose its only $30

  • its a basic entry range tablet. with WIFI and ebook reader. good for kids or gifts

    • +6

but its pre-owned and its also horrible
I'd rather pay $23 more to get this: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/83672

        here here

        • that's better.

    • Yeah, a gift for someone you TRULY don't like!
Please everyone, don't buy this crappy Pioneer Computers tablet!!!

      • +2

I'm pretty sure, OP's company has collected these from BigW (returned by the unhappy customers)

Seriously guys, don't buy this - rather give $30 to the lotto company tomorrow
At least you will have the slimmest chance to produce the 'smiley face'

      • Don't understand why would the Chinese manufacturer put Pioneer computer name on the box. Might as well put Apple computer and try to trick those have never seen an iPad.

        • Maybe put a "Lemon" as the logo~~
          Probably suits this tablet well!

Pre-owned? What if the previous owner had a serious porn addiction? And then give it as a gift to a small child…

Can you tell us how these are cleaned ?

      • -1

Yeah, because wiping Android is so hard to do. Seriously get your facts right before mouthing off about "someone think of the children!".

        • +1

Hmm, maybe he had bodily fluids in mind, yuk!

        • What does the operating system have to do with what's deposited on the exterior of the tablet?

Seriously get your facts right before mouthing off

Considering I wasn't referring to the software side of the tab, I find this highly amusing and ironic! Want a mirror?

        • -1

Well I didn't think of that because, well…it's stupid. You could say the same about any second hand goods. If you don't like the thought of past owners physically handling your items, don't buy it. Pretty simple really.

        • In fairness to both interpretations, I simply offer two words: Dick Smith!

It's not hard to format a HDD either, but we all know what happened there… ;)

  • +4

Halloween is over, why are these Pioneer tablets coming back to haunt us?

  • sorry OP but are not going to win over anyone on ozbargain with these. the stories out of bigw are horrendous.
im very much in the market for a very cheap tablet - but it wont be this one.

  • +1

its sad to say that as posted by StewBalls these are barely worth $30 brand new
this is such a bad deal if they were $10 id buy but for this its pretty much over priced for a used product

  • +1

$30 would buy an abacus with more processing power than these.

  • -2

Those tablet specs are pretty shocking to start with, but the product is also used, so why is it a BARGAIN? As mentioned above, brand new tablets with much better and usable specs are available for not much more and you won't have to be exposed to other peoples poo & bodily fluids that's found its way into every crevice…

  • +1

It really is amazing we are neging a $30 tablet, remember the mayhem that erupted when the MyTab hit $99? Tech sure moves fast.

    • -2

Was the MyTab second hand with a worn out battery and severely outdated specs?

    • These days, tech even moves faster than Broden !

  • +1

    How about $5 Delivered

  • IMHO, at 30$ if this were in sydney (or available to NSW) i'd be buying a few…

Looking for a few tablets I can use for an experiment and as long as they boot, i couldnt care about the specs.
