They were handing these out at the front of IKEA Richmond Victoria.
I assume it's a universal qr code. Appears to be unique. See if your store is handing them out at the entrance.
No mention if it's for the Richmond store only.

  They gave away the last one at Richmond to the couple that came in just before me. Edit: they found an unused voucher for me downstairs, yay!
