When is cashback ineligible?

Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.

Cashback will not be paid on purchases transacting with the use of Gift Cards, MYER one Rewards, Myer Loyalty, Myer Xmas Club, Myer Black, Myer Return, Myer Multi, or any Myer credit card points. or Commonwealth Bank Award Points (regardless of whether these are used as partial payment or full).

Cashback will not be payable on products from brands such as: CHANEL, Dior, Hermes or Aesop

If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.

Cashback will not be paid on transactions with Myer team member/staff discount.

Important Notes

The terms don’t split the cashback rates like how CR and SB do it. I’d imagine and hope the 20% cashback is applicable on categories like home and electronics, which rarely get above 15%

  They are very slow at responding, however I’ve always found them to offer a solution by just awarding me the cashback - even when the order was cancelled aha
