Got an email with an exclusive invite code and decided to check it out after 4.5 stars on Trustpilot reviews. Saw the code is not unique.
Only has 4 or 5 star hotels but all the ones I checked are cheaper when converting USD to AUD compared to Booking.com
Most include free cancellation like Booking.com

The discount % seems to be less the more expensive the hotel, but I didn't find any that were more expensive on Noblestay
