    Personally I'm avoiding the place, had a card go faulty, sent it to them and they 'never received it'. Which means I'm down $33 without a card.

    Also I'm surprised at the fact that it was a Sandisk card, I've had 2 have the same issue.

      How did you send it back? It's always best to send items back using registered mail. Sure it costs more, but at least you have a better idea where in the chain the item ended up.

        Sent back in an envelope, with a stamp. same method as how it was posted to me.

        Anyway the rep has said they've sent me a replacement. So it may work out in the end :)

      Let me work out on the 64GB, i am currently have less than 5pc at very high cost.

    I have bought a sandisk 32 GB and 16GB microSD from memory city, they both arrived very fast and the 16GB is working flawlessly in a samsung S3 however the 32GB microSD required formatting before use but could not be formatted (tried various SD formatting tools). I sent a query about it and was told to post it back to a specified address. I did so however have not heard back since 3 weeks ago. I've attempted to make contact twice but have received no reply.

      Exactly the same issue with the card and exactly the same thing happened here.

      Seriously guys, something is dodgy about this. They've essentially stolen lemeontree's and my money.

        I had the same issue with one of my micro SD cards. Threw it into my gs2 and formatted it without an issue but supprisingly my laptop or desktop couldn't format it. Try it and it still won't work then sort it out with the REP.

        Similar thing happened to me with a 64GB microsd, chased it up later though and they said they never received it. I thought it was an isolated incident and ended up ordering another at a later sale.

    Good prices need to be backed up by good service. I got my card super quick and very happy with the product.
    I can see few users asking queries and Rep does not seem to reply them. Same thing happened last time.

      That's an SDXC card, not a micro SDXC card.

      When I went to buy it, it's actually an sdxc ultra class 6 (20mb/s) card anyway, not a class 10, 30mb/s one.

    Had to lodge a PP dispute with MemCity :/ No real reply regarding my email where to send the card or claim postage back for sending DOA card…

    Just my feedback on the matter,

    They need to work on their email system.. They have a contact us system which is clearly not working… Need to get some form of ticketing system.

      Supplier is not responding PMs or emails. I have a 64gb card and I'm waiting for 2nd replacement / refund

        I've not had a reply to my post above, a pm and my email. Anyone considering buying from here should seriously look at the complaints if things go wrong which for a lot of us (I'd say more than 5% that was quoted) who have bought the 64GB cards have had. Seems if you have issues they don't reply to emails and just ignore you. I won't be leaving it here I'll tell you that much.

          We will arrange to test and send a new replacement card to both of you, which will make it the third card that you receive from Memory City.
          This will be the last working unit that we test and send out. If the third card continues to be faulty in your devices, the only reason is the card itself have been overheated in your device causing it to behave this way.

          The cards will be shipped today and you should have it within 2-3 business days.
          My advise is to try it on a different device and work on the card patiently. Third card faulty, we will arrange to process a refund for you.

          Francesca the last card you sent me was put into my galaxy tab on receipt. It has not been removed until the fault developed. I had transferred data to it by connecting the tab to my PC maybe 4 to 5 times. I am not write sure what you think could have been done to cause it to overheat but it is my thought that the 2 cards you have sent me so far have been faulty. I do not blame you for this as I understand you do not manufacturer the cards. What I do blame you for though is extremely poor customer service and you're last post leads me to believe if third card goes faulty you'll try and blame my device and I'll have even more problems getting a replacement or refund.

          If you have not shipped replacement card I would greatly appreciate a refund. You have the returned card as I sent it registered post.

          Please let me know if this is possible.
