Another example of inflated RRP ($199.99) to accommodate the coupon codes.

Just look at sales history: Buy it Now prices of $132.99 to $161.49

Also available from their Amazon Store for $134.99 & Catch Store for $132.59

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Reolink and their customer service. I purchased a refurbished camera from them, which stopped charging after just a couple of months. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I was informed that they had no refurbished units in stock and asked for more money to send a brand new one. Unfortunately, the brand new camera also stopped working after a few months. When I reached out to their customer service for assistance, they outright refused to fix or replace it. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I strongly advise others to avoid Reolink at all costs.

As I say with anything… if Amazon sells it then buy it from them. Anything goes wrong at all, they shut you up and shove your money back in your mouth. You can probably keep the item as well.

I've only had good experiences with their customer service.

    • I had good experience with a RMA through Reolink, originally they didn't want to reimburse me for the return shipping cost of a faulty camera but after insisting that they had to as per the ACCC guidelines they paid for the return shipping. They replaced my older camera model with a newer better one free of charge.

I just bought a bunch of cameras off them, through Kogan.
One camera was DOA, so logged it with support.
Standard email or two back and forth "have you tried resetting it" etc.
Then an email to say "if you post it back we'll replace it"
They reimbursed me up to $30 to ship it back, and I got a new one a few days after that.
Overall I'm pretty happy with that.

The OP says person/pet/vehicle detection. The manufacturer's promotional material only says persons and vehicles. It doesn't mention pets.

      They do have pet detection.

Yeah they detect my pet moths all the time :(

        • +1

Good at detecting wasps and spiders too…

        • I've tried limiting the size of the pet detected and a number of other settings but it still catches the moths that fly right in front. I have yet to try disabling the infrared as I heard somewhere that might help.

  • Does it work with Hikvision NVR at all via onvif? I heard that the Reolink cameras are not fully onvif compliant? Please correct me if I am wrong.

All I know is you need to explicitly enable it. Of course you can't do that through your mobile app and have to install their bad windows program (Electron?) and find it in some "hidden" menu

  • there is no discount at all, and OP posted a lot of different Associate brands, where did you get them all from?

  • "Regular" price is back to $199.99 on ebay, after ~20% discount around ~$160. Code REOLINK020 provides 20% discount too, no stacking that I can see

    • I was able to successfully stack REOLINK020 and CBT24APR to get an order total of $127.99

      • Same

        • Working for me now as well.

  • $1 cheaper than the previous post

  • Any REOLINK worth using indoors to replace buggy xiaomi wide angle cams?
indoors so usb power and wifi. Nothing highly important so I don't want to spend hundreds on each one.
