    • Ah, you should see their shopfront in Carlingford Village XD

Hahaa soo true but his a top bloke!

      • Didn't they used to be called Fluidtek/logitechshop?

I drove an hour to pick up a Logitech guitar.

        So many deals.

        An OZB legend.

  • Have this but from 2019 with an RTX2060, how is the 3050 still slower?

Beast of a machine though for the money back in the day.

    • Have this in 2019 with 1650. Was a steal at the time but should have got 2060 at least.

  • Can't believe took this long to see Asus 3050 laptop to go under $1k

NTSC 45%. "I can't physically throw up in my mouth."

Yes I have whatever this model is from 2019 and the screen is also utter garbage.

  • Do not get an ASUS laptop, their warranty process is really bad, delays, won’t honour etc.

We had a half a dozen ASUS laptops for work, a couple failed tried warranty and gave up at the end.

    • I just sent in my ROG Ally for repair 2 months ago. It's not a laptop but I got it back within 2 weeks. Free shipping both ways.

    • I too had read many horror stories about ASUS - but (thus far) so far so good. Have had a TUF A15 (3070ti - upgraded the ram and multiple SSD's) for 3 years. My positive experience saw me get an ASUS Vivobook last year, almost a year old and (not as constant as the A15) regular use, no issues after nearly a year.

I'm eying off a 2024 TUF to replace the 2021 version as I'd like to "update" to a newer chipset. But this might not happen until the end of the year/early next year when the prices come down.
