    These sound better than QC45. But I cannot compare with Ultra as I never tried them.

    I got upgraded to these as a warranty replacement to my QC45.

    Different sound profile, i like these better than QC45 but some people may not like it. Slightly more v-shaped but also have EQ.

    Also have a new wind NC mode.

  These are excellent! Much better fit on head than my Sony XM5 and also folds up to a small size. Excellent noise cancellation and the 3.5mm cord works without the headset needing to be turned on. Highly recommended!
