    this aint ozRRP.
    https://oricom.com.au/product/uhf82x-uhf-cb-radio-anu230-6-5…

sparesbox was doing it for 341, albeit OOS now:

    reseller should do better.

    • Obviously price matching Oricom.

As for Sparesbox, the listening is a bit bare on info…… doesn't confirm the inclusions/details.

  • Damn, I just spent $60 last night on a used switching bench power supply to use my new Retevis RT95 at home as a base station.

    • I hope you have a ham license since it is a ham radio.

      • Nope, my ham is not kosher.. πŸ˜…

Spend a bit more, skip Oricom and get something decent. They love it on 4wd247 because they get paid to say it's good.

    • But that one doesn't have the dual antenna feature.

      • No, it doesn't. But some people might prefer Uniden over Oricom. Personally, haven't had an issue with my Oricom equipment.

    • But why not the Retevis RT95? πŸ˜…

Heck, could even get an ABBREE AR-2520. πŸ˜†

      • But why not the Retevis RT95?

Because it is only 25W plus only have a frequency range of VHF:144-148MHz UHF: 430~440MHz. So not UHF CB. I prefer my ham equipment to be 50W for VHF/UHF. I'll stick to my Yaesu and Icom equipment.

        • You're missing one of the big three!

Also, it's only the US version that's 25w. πŸ˜… Standard is 40. How about the Wuoxen KG-M70? πŸ˜„

@WasBargain: Nah. If I am adding anything to the car it'll be a DMR or P25 Radio. I've got D-Star at the moment.
