      I tried the White Glo Charcoal a few years ago and found my teeth didn't feel as clean as they do with Colgate. Also used Dentitex (Aldi) for a few years and just switched back to Colgate. The difference is noticeable; Colgate feels cleaner for me.

    Yes ive also heard the same, i think because many whitening toothpastes include abrasives like silica.
