  Saying an item is 'bespoke' is borderline false product advertising. Samsung cannot show or prove that this was designed to meet the exact requirements of my laundry alone. If someone were to challenge this, Samsung would lose in that it made a promise it can't possibly fulfil.

  Jeepers…this is cheap, I went for the 12kg one. I was trying to find a reason not to pull the trigger.

  I know there seems to be some mixed reviews on Samsung washers, but my current Samsung Washer/Dryer Combo is almost 10 years old on its last legs. It had one warranty replacement of the heat pump and has been rock solid ever since. I was tempted to let it limp on until it gives up the ghost completely, but knowing my luck it would give up at the worst possible time and there wouldn't be an offer as good as this running.

  Samsung washing machines have been known to set themselves on fire (Top loaders in this case).. and then Samsung not being completely honest about it…
