I don’t own either but I have been doing some research. Look on YouTube, seems q45 is superior.

looks like you found a important difference.tbh the sensor is overrated I have a headphone with it and wish I could disable it but I can’t (you can off it with Q35 app) only makes sense and convenient for music with phone.
otherwise I connect to streamer or tablet and it starts auto playing the last played music evertime I put the headphones on.
I don’t want it to happen. when you are going to watch youtube or movie content you always want to browse first and select play when ready. when sensor auto plays music I have to pause that first everytime 💁♀️
