Does not include wear & tearI'd assume that's for tyres and brake discs. If the battery dies, spring, hinge or other joint gives in, it'd be still under warranty. In NSW.

I assume it's a USB port to charge your phone while riding.
You can see a plugged in phone in the first big pic under "Description".
(The other of "two-way" would be charging the bike battery itself off the wall socket)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the advantage here would be next to none, ie. it's not crazily efficient, and such systems are merely a gimmick in small devices like this.
