    @gotyourback Why even after using inbuilt app browser your cashback doesn't get tracked? Specifically for vpn deals where the percentage cashback is high. So many ozbs raised this in the past. Now it is confusing and appearing shady.

    Also the TAT for response on missing cashback timelines are usually 3 month+ which is outside the order cancellation window.

    Where does this leaves us?

    Do not trust Shopback. Signed up for the purevpn 130% deal in January. Successfully tracked. Now still pending on tracked state even after countless emails back and forth.

    I have had nothing but trouble with shopback. I ended up deleting my account after they wouldn't confirm or payout legitimate cashbacks.

    Can't seem to check out? Tried a couple cards, all payment options (card, paypal, google pay) and browsers. Even tried going through Shopback's android app internal browser.
