If you don't mind waiting a few weeks, you can get a DC29 for $328 here- http://www.amazon.it/Dyson-Origin-dB-DC29-Aspirapolvere/dp/B…

    • Order Summary
      Articles: EUR 193.76

      • Fairly sure it should be showing a euro symbol on the last line not a pound sign.

        • A quirk from translating the page in google chrome I believe.

    • is the warranty will be covered in Aus?

  • now that is much cheaper :( but i wanted today

  • Does this DC29 come with a turbo head for the carpet? What is the difference between dc29 and dc39?

  • Prices have now gone up eg DC39 Allergy is $696. Hope Harvey's honours my purchase.

  • Anyone have a print out or screenshot of the DC39 Allergy being $591.60? As Wayne said, they have updated the price.

Damn, should've just ordered it and paid for delivery!

Thought they might change the price :(

@chuckwow: I have screen shots of the Dyson DC33, Dyson DC24 (just happen to still have them open) and a receipt for the Dyson DC39 (multi floor) but not the allergy.

@skinny: Sorry about the late reply but here is what i know

the DC29 doesn't come with the turbo head, i know the dc39 allergy and animal do but not sure which other ones

    Differences

    dc29:
-less Radial Cyclone, so i think less suction but i don't know
-missing the Ball Technology, makes it easier to turn.
-different head: have to manually change the head from hard to soft (like a normal vacuum)

    dc39:
-more Radial Cyclone(the little cyclone looking things on the top)
    -Ball Technology
-auto head, automatically changes from hard to soft surfaces.

  • Hmm.

With the dyson DC44 on Amazon US I get 350 USD (it's now 530 at HN) shipped because there is a 20% discount.

Is this legit? Are there any issues with buying a dyson from the US besides the plug having to be converted?

    • Oh, woops.

I'm going to have voltage issues aren't I?

      • Check the voltage rating if its something like 110v/240v then it will fine.
